The Davco 234 has been specifically designed for vegetable oil fuel and Biodiesel applications in passenger and light commercial vehicles. Davco claim that the 234 is the first Fuel Filter / Water-Separator / Heater developed for the alternative diesel fuels market.
This system uses heat drawn from the cooling system, or the automatic transmission, and routed through an internal radiator to provide the maximum amount of heat during operation. An optional 12 volt heater may also be added for pre-heating.
Davco's unique "Seeing is Believing®" technology lets you know when NOT to change your filter. With Davco's fuel processor "See Through" technology, not only is the condition of the fuel and filter in clear view, but the exact time to change your filter is immediately known.
This unit removes both particles and suspended water. The unit is large, so room may have to be made in the engine bay or a rear compartment to accommodate it.
