Filter Powder

VegieFuel Filter Powder is a free-flowing, white, inert, soluable, powder made for absorbing acidity, Free Fatty Acids and particulate from frying oil and the like substances.

Most filtration systems only take out the food particles and water that is in droplet form.  Waste oil also contains water that is suspended in the oil, which carries acid and will corrode parts of your fuel system causing expensive long term damage. 

VegieFuel Filter Powder is a superior collector of carbon,  Free Fatty Acids and water.  There are other more expensive food grade powders on the market, with VegieFuel Filter Powder having a larger more varied grain size to the comparitive product allowing for a freer flowing and more absorbing product with less filter clogging.

The powder is sprinkled over the surface of warm oil and will attract water as it falls through.  It should then be agitated for a while so that it makes maximum contact with the oil.  The powder is rated at between 100 to 400 micron for easy filtration, and should be filtered out before you put the oil into your fuel tank. 

Using VegieFuel filter powder allows you to pick up oil anywhere and use it immediately after your filtration process, without having to stand it for several weeks to settle out the soluable water and fine food particles.
